Problem Solving: This used to be a slope. A retaining wall was built and backfilled to allow for a level sidewalk. Existing plants were saved and reused, and natives were added to create a lush border.

An important part of installation is the prep. This site was trenched, graded and amended before any planting could begin. The hole for the tree was measured meticulously, as you never want to plant too deeply!
